2016 has been an exciting year so far for Markley Group. We’ve announced the opening of our new data center facility in Lowell, Mass., and partnered with EMC to offer EMC Elastic Cloud Storage (ECS). With all the excitement amongst our colocation and cloud offerings, we wanted to also highlight our recent expansion and build-out of the third floor in our One Summer Street location.
With our growth in both cloud and data center, we needed to expand our office space to better service our colocation customers – who are always welcome to work on-site – as well as support our growing Markley Cloud Services (MCS) team. For anyone who has visited One Summer Street, and in-particular the fifth floor, you know how dedicated we are to making our space as beautiful as possible. And since much of our One Summer Street location is already covered with custom artwork, the third floor is no different. The new space features exposed brick, state-of-the-art conference rooms, dedicated co-working space, and murals, portraits and graffiti on the walls.
The space includes custom works from Ray Turner, the artist who has long painted all of Markley Group’s employees, and murals from Boston-based graffiti artist, Percy Fortini-Wright. We look forward to showing off the space next time you’re at One Summer Street!
