Our trained and experienced Technicians provide not just remote hands & eyes, but troubleshooting, installation assistance, racking & stacking services, and many other services 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.

Enhanced Hands & Eyes service include, but is not limited to:

  • Pushing buttons or toggling switches
  • Power-cycling equipment
  • Checking, connecting, and auditing cables and other connections
  • Providing visual inspection and relaying descriptions or pictures
  • Logging into servers, routers, and switches via serial cable for troubleshooting or configuration
  • Rack and stack equipment
  • Inventorying and labeling of equipment
  • Tape Rotation
  • Equipment installation and configuration
  • Moving gear inside cage or cabinet, or to and from shipping & receiving
