Choosing to colocate is a strategic IT and business decision that can offer savings on upfront capital costs. CAPEX typically includes general construction, electrical, HVAC, security, and architectural/engineering costs.

These dedicated systems can be maintained by you, or let Markley’s professionally accredited staff execute manufacturers recommended maintenance programs.
End-users can also benefit from secured portal access where they can view real-time environmental conditions within their private suite including temperature, humidity levels and power consumption.
