On Tuesday, October 23, SIM Boston will host its Technology Leadership Summit at Gillette Stadium, and we’re excited to share that Markley is a silver sponsor and will be speaking at the event! The SIM Boston Technology Leadership Summit is the region’s premier single-day event designed for the IT executive community.

This year, the event will focus on the need for IT executives to stay on top of global trends in order to integrate strategies into their operations, to remain agile in today’s increasingly competitive business environment. The summit will attract IT executives from across the region for a day full of collaboration, networking, and exciting keynotes, sessions and panels.

As New England’s largest and longest operating multi-tenant, mission-critical telecommunications and data center facility, the Markley team understands the challenges IT executives face when it comes to selecting the right on-premise, colocation, networking and cloud solutions.

Our own Mark Sullivan will be moderating a panel at 2:00pm on “The Hybrid Cloud in Practice – Determining the Optimal Mix of Physical and Virtual Infrastructure” with Bill Suarez, Director, IT Engineering at Carbon Black and Andrew Archibald, Acting CIO/Managing Director, Shared Technical Services at American Student Assistance.

The panel will dive into how IT executives have a dizzying array of options available to architect and implement a modern IT infrastructure. During the panel, Mark, Bill and Andrew will discuss strategies and best practices to effectively build the hybrid cloud infrastructure that is right for your organization and your business needs.
