Markley Group has always placed great importance on being involved in the community, supporting local institutions and participating in Boston’s premier technology events – which is why we are thrilled to announce our role as a Gold Sponsor at next week’s 2016 MIT Sloan CIO Symposium.
The elite gathering of CIOs and senior IT executives is now in its 13th year, and Markley Group has been lucky enough to be involved in the event for a number of years in a row. The MIT Sloan CIO Symposium, scheduled for Wednesday May 18, is a world class, one-day conference, held on the MIT campus. The more than 700 CIOs, senior IT executives and MIT academic thought leaders who attend will collaborate and explore how innovative technologies and leading-edge research can accelerate technology success. This year’s discussions will have a particular focus around the theme of “Thriving in the Digital Economy.”
In addition to arming attendees with actionable insight to prepare their organization for digital success, Lindsey Anderson, Chair of the MIT Sloan CIO Symposium, explains: “The 2016 Symposium speakers will provide insights into ways CIOs can help their organizations thrive in the digital economy by excelling in the strategic use of data, leading digital innovation, creating new business opportunities through platform strategies, and adapting to the changing nature of work and the workplace.”
Attendees will be able to engage with multiple Markley Group executives, including our CTO, Patrick Gilmore, as well as other thought leaders who will be attending and spearheading discussions.
