Space Options

Since One Summer Street has no one central plant servicing the building but instead is a series of data centers each with its own independent infrastructure elements, Markley Group can offer a tremendous amount of flexibility in provisioning space to clients. One Summer Street has up to 150,000 sq. ft. of data center space available.
High Density
Markley has distinguished itself as the premier provider of high density solutions by facilitating clients with the option of provisioning racks up to 38kW each. Various cooling methods have been employed by Markley in meeting customer density requirements including liquid cooled cabinets, APC In-Row Cooling, Rittal RimatriX5 LPC and Verari Systems high density enclosures.
Currently available: 8,000 square feet up to 400 watts/sq ft. This space is available by the rack, cage, or suite.
Redundancies
Markley has the unique ability to customize data center solutions to client's requirements and can configure systems to provide space to meet any tier level desired.
2N+1, 2N, N+1, N configurations available for emergency backup systems and cooling solutions.
Network Operations Center (NOC)
The NOC is monitored 24/7 by on-site Markley personnel as well as remotely through the building management system.
- System utilizes American Auto-Matrix Integra Integration Front End Software Platform.
- Customer portal available.
- Complete high level functionality including alarming, temperature and power trending, scheduling, custom sequencing and multi-tier notification.
- Alarms and notifications are exported into OSS System creating an auditable, time stamped trail of alarms and responses.
